BK11M Folding Electric Bike

First time buying an electric bike. I did a research on many e-bikes. Hitway is the best overall for value and performance. One thing that I need to mention is that the packaging could be a little bit better on the outside. It was open on the top because the tape were all loose and there was no plastic straps.
Unfortunately, It came with the defective battery but I get a replacement battery right away after a few emails. Kate (a customer support representative) is very knowledgeable. Thank you Kate.

Solid, powerful and pleasant frame, the only defect is the lack of hydraulic brakes but at this price it's ok. I only did 7 kilometers.

I have only been using this bike for a few weeks, I appreciate its comfort, its handling and the fact that it has seven speeds. Electric assistance makes travel easy even on a snowy surface. The fact that it is foldable will be a plus during our motorized outings.

So far, bike is great! Fun to ride.

After researching many different brands and price points I ended on the BK 11M. The range power and features met all my needs and when I purchased it towards the end of November 2023 I was able to get a great sale price. The bike was incredibly easy to "assemble". The controller that comes with this bike is very popular and there's a lot of information available regarding its performance if more performance is something you desire (wink, wink). The only thing I wish was different with this seven speed model would be having more teeth on the front crank sprocket. If the front sprocket had 48 teeth as opposed to 42, you'd be able to pedal and put manual input in at the higher speeds. Whereas now even in 7th gear it is impossible to manually keep up with the speed of the bike whereas a 48 tooth or 52 tooth sprocket would allow you to keep up an input manually at speeds of 20 mph while also not losing the ability of the bike to climb hills in the lower gears. I enjoy the bike immensely there's a lot of features that I was unaware of that I learned about on my own such as the cruise control which is a great way to set the bike at a nice speed that you can also pedal manually to to allow for a great increase in range over using throttle alone. I also received the bike in less than 3 days from time of order that was amazing! Within the United States it's sent from a local Warehouse not from overseas which makes this process even better and functional I happen to live in a state where there was a warehouse so I can't guarantee that 3 days is going to be the time for everyone a chances are if you live within the contiguous United States you'll get your bike in less than 10 days
