Shipping Form

We have warehouses in multiple locations in the United States.We will ship to the nearest warehouse and the shipping methods will also depend on your location, such as USPS and Fedex

Some remote regions and postcodes also do not ship, such as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, 97000-97999, 98100-98999, 00200, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999.

If we can't ship to your address, we will notify you to change the shipping address or give you a refund. After receiving your reply, we will handle it for you within two hours.

Track My Order

Our delivery time starts when an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

Order Processing Time

  • It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
  • Generally, orders are shipped within 1 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
  • Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard businesshours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Shipping Cost & Transit Time

  • Free shipping on all products
  • For customers in the United States, all ebikes are delivered by FedEx, and the logistics time is 2-6 working days.
  • For customers in Canada, ebikes are delivered by FedEx or CEVA, and the logistics time is 5-15 working days.
  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location)

Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

    Delivery Time Exceeded

    If your order is delayed, please contact us via email contact@hitway.us, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

    Order Cancellations

    • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
    • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out. 

    About Tax

    In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

    Kindly Notes

    1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more information regarding our warranty process, please review our Warranty Terms.
    2. Shipping times can be affected by public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
    3. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
    4. Some of our products are shipped free of charge, depending on your location and the product you are purchasing.
